I haven’t heard anything about bike rent. There are places which rent mopeds and bicycles in the summer. Further from Sochi centre is not necessarily cheaper today. There are lots of small private hotels or people renting rooms around and if you search well you can find something. I guess you can try to bargain as this season we haven’t had too many tourists so far.
