I don’t know of any programs like this in Sochi. You can try contacting http://www.sfrudn.ru/ Sochi Branch of People Friendship University, maybe they have something, or any other of numerous universities in Sochi. If you don’t find any programs, you can consider family accommodation (there are might be families who are interested in accommodating a native English speaker) and a private tutor.
